變頻器元件
儲能電容又叫電解電容,在充電電路中主要作用為儲能和濾波。PN端的電壓工作范圍一般在 430VDC~700VDC 之間,而一般的壓電容都在 400VDC左右,為了滿足耐壓需要**必須是二個400VDC的電容串起來作800VDC。容量選擇≥60uf/A C2電容吸收電容,主要作用為吸收IG的過流與過壓能量。 電源板開關(guān)電源電路向操作面板、主控板、驅(qū)動電路、檢測電路及風(fēng)扇等提供低壓電源,開關(guān)電源提供的低壓電源有:±5V、±15V 、±24V向CPU其附屬電路、控制電路、顯示面板等提供電源。 驅(qū)動板主要是將CPU生成的PWM脈沖經(jīng)驅(qū)動電路產(chǎn)生符合要求的驅(qū)動信號激勵I(lǐng)G輸出電壓。 控制板也叫CPU板,相當(dāng)人的大腦,處理各種信號以及控制程序等部分
